Nothing Phone 2a release rumours, new photos and preliminary specs

The latest leaks about the Nothing Phone 2a give us clues about what the phone will offer users. You can expect a 120 Hz OLED panel, a dual camera system and a primary camera that has a 50 megapixel sensor. Then there is the new new Gliph interface system and Nothing OS 2.5 based on Android 14 version. The phone has 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of memory available for storing data. Preliminary information confirms that the phone will use the MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset.

Priced at $400, the Nothing Phone 2a could be an absolute hit

The Nothing Phone 2a looks rather strange in these photos, since it is most likely a preliminary test sample. Source it also mentions that the phone could be unveiled at next year's MWC and will cost around $400, making it the cheapest phone from the company. The company has already sent out invitations, so we'll most likely see this phone on sale sometime next year.

It is certainly pleasing to know that Nothing is entering the more affordable segment with the Nothing Phone 2a model. The company has covered several segments, and we would honestly like to see a real “flash chip” of this company soon, because it is something that many people would certainly like to own. The Nothing Phone 2 was a perfectly solid device, but it didn't have the full slate of latest and greatest hardware.

Since Nothing is still a relatively young company, we need to give them some time and have a little more understanding before they can really deliver a top-notch product.
