The Forest Quartet and Out of Line are two great indie games – free on Epic Games
Last week we had the opportunity to try our hand as a call center operator and solve emergency cases around the big cities of the world, this time Epic Games treated us with two indie games. These are two highly rated games: The Forest Quartet and Out of Line, which together cost around 18 euros.
The Forest Quartet
The first of the two games is The Forest Quartet. It is a full adventure puzzle riddles about the missing but not forgotten lead singer. It’s up to you to play as her ghost and through three different parts of the game, connected with three other singers of the band, collect everything you need for the main concert.
What is particularly interesting is that the game was developed within a Danish family and is a personal project. Each of the three parts represents a special sad world of one of the three remaining members of the jazz band, who is grieving for the lead singer Nina. This musical meditation will lead you to solve various puzzles, in order to unite all the band members in one more, final concert.
The recommended configuration has a Core i5 CPU, 8 GB of RAM, a GeForce GTX 680 and 2 GB of free space for installation.
Out of Line
Another game that is also free this week is called Out of Line. It’s also an adventure full of puzzles, only this time set in a 2D world. It follows the main character named San who wants to escape from the factory that used to be his home.
The game is full of visually impressive puzzles, which will require you to learn the mechanics of the spear, your main weapon. This beautifully drawn platform game is also not particularly demanding, so with a Core i5 processor, 4 GB of RAM and GeForce GTX 660 graphics, everything will work in full glory.
Both games are available on Epic Games until September 28 at 5 p.m. It’s up to you to log in and add them to your library, where they will remain yours forever.
