The Vivo S18 series of phones with its own artificial intelligence will arrive next Monday

Next week, on the fourth of December to be exact, we will have the opportunity to see what the Vivo S18 phone series looks like and what it can do, given that its launch was announced by the CEO of this Chinese company, Oujang Weifeng.

The new Vivo S18 phone series comes with its own artificial intelligence (AI) under the name BlueLM, where Blue probably means the color blue because of the logo, while LM is the “language model”, that is, the language model known in the AI ​​world.

In addition to the launch announcements, Weifeng also revealed the design of the phone – they will have a square part called Aura Light with three cameras on the back and it will also be the largest “camera island” on the Vivo S phones. The design itself does not say much, we see that there is an “OIS portrait” that we have already seen in the S17 and V29 series of devices.

This means that the main camera will have optical image stabilization, which we recently saw with the Vivo 29 Pro model. Rumors about the upcoming series indicate that the new phones will be powered by the Snapdragon 7 gen 3 chipset, while the Pro model should get the Dimensity 9200+ SoC.
