The imminent launch of Motorola Edge 40 Neo: Unofficial Specs and Renders Revealed
Renders provided by insiders reveal that the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will likely come in three colors – black, dark blue, and a mix of light green and blue. It will reportedly be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1050 SoC, and the configuration will reportedly go up to 12/256 GB of RAM and storage.
Motorola is known for often releasing affordable phones that don’t cost too much and still deliver good performance. One of them will be the Motorola Edge 40 Neo, which will probably arrive in Europe on September 15 at a price of no more than 400 euros.
The new phone will reportedly have a dual camera with a primary sensor of 50 MP and an additional one of 13 MP, and the front of the device has a central cutout for a selfie camera with 32 MP, writes MySmartPrice.
When it comes to the processor, it’s interesting that Motorola already has last year’s Moto Edge in the US with the same chip, namely the MediaTek Dimensity 1050. It’s an octa-core SoC with a Mali G77 GPU core.
With this chipset, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will reportedly come in a configuration of up to 12/256 GB in the most powerful variant. The screen comes in a diagonal of 6.55 inches and a pOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 144 Hz.
The 5,000 mAh battery should have fast charging support for currently unknown strengths, and the device is said to be IP68 water and dust resistant. The operating system inside the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will likely be Android 13 at launch.
Considering last year’s pace, this device should be on the market in Serbia right after its launch.
