Samsung Galaxy S24 series memory configurations revealed, all color options also known
While the highly anticipated launch Samsung Galaxy S24 series approaches, leaks about the upcoming series of premium smartphones are sparking renewed interest, giving line-up enthusiasts a glimpse of the potential colors, storage capacities, and RAM configurations that will be available.
Images shared by a reliable source Revegnus on the X network, as reported by the portal T3, seems to show different configuration options. Although the information has not been confirmed by other sources, the leaked photos appear to capture details from the inventory system displayed on a computer monitor.
If these leaks prove to be true, here's what the new series could offer:
Samsung Galaxy S24:
- RAM: 8GB
- Storage options: 128GB or 256GB
- Colors: Grey, Black, Purple, Yellow
Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus:
- RAM: 12GB
- Storage options: 256GB or 512GB
- Colors: Grey, Black, Purple, Yellow
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra:
- RAM: 12GB
- Storage Options: 256GB, 512GB, 1TB
- Colors: Grey, Black, Purple, Yellow
Compared to its predecessor, the Galaxy S23 series, the S24 series seems to offer a gradual upgrade rather than a major overhaul.
The vanilla version of the S24 retains the same RAM and storage options as its predecessor, while the Plus version gets a RAM increase from 8GB to 12GB.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra retains only the 12GB option
The Ultra, however, retains 12GB of RAM in all configurations, as opposed to the base 8GB of RAM in the 256GB variant of the Galaxy S23 Ultra.
BenchmarkAs for the color choices, the leaked information indicates a change from the S23 series, which had colors like cream, phantom black, green and lavender.
If the leaked information is correct, the Galaxy S24 series will appear with basic colors, which include black, purple, gray and yellow. There is speculation that Samsung may also introduce some exclusive colors via its website or sometime later in the year.
