New record data transfer in the Yettel network in the first hours of 2024

During New Year's Eve in Yettel network, 523 TB of data was exchanged, which is even 36 percent more compared to last year.

In the period from 11 p.m. on December 31, 2023 to 11 a.m. on January 1, 2024, one and a half million calls and more than 2.2 million SMS MESSAGES were made! During New Year's Eve and the first morning of the new year, 29,000 text messages were sent abroad and 6,660 calls were made abroad during that period.

Also, this New Year, users were very active on social networks. In this way, 3.1 million users of social networks sent messages via Yettel mobile networkwhile a total of 169 TB of data was transferred.

Almost 50 percent of Hipernet users spent New Year's Eve with a TV program, who started some video content close to a million times. The most watched TV stations were RTS 1, Pink, Prva, Happy, Kurir TV – listed in order of viewership, where RTS 1 is the most watched. Users exchanged 21,506 gigabytes of data via Hypernet and social networks in the period from 11:00 p.m. on December 31 to 11:00 a.m. on January 1.
