Honor Magic6 series will probably have three phones including Porsche Design
As Honor prepares to launch its next series of phones, rumors about it continue to pour in, and the latest relates to the models it will contain. Thus, the upcoming Honor Magic6 series should contain three phone models: basic, Pro and Ultimate variants. However, there is a possibility that the last model will be replaced by the Porsche Design variant, but it may also be an addition to the three variants of the phone.
This information is conveyed by a well-known insider from the Weibo social network DigitalChatStation, and additional rumors from the Asian media all phones will allegedly have two selfie cameras. Sources describe these phones as “mid, large, and very large sizes.” In addition, the two models are said to arrive with a circular camera island on the back.
The largest model in the Honor Magic6 series will have a camera housing instead of a circular one, which, as they say, is shaped between a circle and a rectangle, just like the Magic5 Ultimate model. However, the wording is unclear, as it may be a new Porsche Design or a completely different smartphone.
Porsche Design is a design studio founded by the same person responsible for the first Porsche 911 sports car in the sixties of the last century. In the world of mobile phones, this studio created several BlackBerry smartphones before partnering with Huawei, as well as other phone and computer brands.
If the rumors turn out to be true, Honor will take another step on the path of apprentice – master. The company already dominates the smartphone market in China, and when it comes to the Honor Magic6 series, it seems to inherit the partnership with the aforementioned studio from its former parent company Huawei.
